Dance Extreme is dedicated dance studio that is providing high-quality dance classes and training that contribute to the holistic development of your child. Our safe and child-centered environment encourages students to explore the art of dance under the guidance of qualified and nurturing with our exceptional dance instructors. We firmly believe that dance training fosters a positive self-image, health, heightens body awareness, enhances coordination skills, and allows children to express themselves through movement.
To maintain the highest educational standards, our Dance Instructors and training members are lifelong learners who continuously engage in certification programs, teacher-training schools, dance teachers, conferences, and other learning opportunities. Since 2022, our school has been a leading force in dance education. Our success stems from a foundation of exceptional training, quality service, and an unshakable belief

Meet The Team Behind Us
Owner & Director
Arielle Kessler
Arielle is a dynamic and engaging dance instructor at Dance Extreme, with a passion for teaching ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, and team technique. Dancing since age 3, Arielle has a rich history of competing in middle and high school, where she won numerous awards in team, solo, and duet categories. Her experience includes color guard at both high school and university levels. Starting her teaching career at 16, Arielle has taught at various studios throughout Idaho, fostering an inclusive and creative environment. Arielle continues her dance education with Acrobatic Arts certifications and goes to dance conferences like Dance Teacher Web. She received her Dance Teachers' certification from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Known for her professional approach and dedication, she brings a supportive and vibrant energy to her classes and competition teams, aiming to enhance the studio experience for all students.

Jaclyn Brown
Jaclyn is a dedicated and enthusiastic instructor at Dance Extreme. With a strong foundation in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and other dance forms, Jaclyn brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her teaching. Her previous training includes classes at Comotion Dance Center For the Arts and Broadway Bound Dance Academy, where she studied a variety of dance styles, including pointe, advanced hip hop, and recreational cheer.
Jaclyn's educational background in Arts & Humanities from Yakima Valley College complements her dance experience. Known for her excellent communication, positive attitude, and leadership skills, Jaclyn is committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for her students. Her patience and caring nature make her a standout teacher, and she is excited to inspire and develop young dancers at Dance Extreme.

Doug Kessler
Ninja Coach & Facilities Director
Doug is the heart and backbone of Dance Extreme. As our Ninja Coach and Facilities Director, he brings strength, dedication, and decades of hands-on experience to the studio every single day.
A loving father of four adult children — including our very own Director, Arielle — Doug is one of Dance Extreme’s biggest supporters. He is always ready to step in, lift up our dancers, and help the studio grow in any way he can.
With over 30 years of service as a volunteer firefighter and an EMT, Doug is no stranger to hard work, courage, and community. He brings that same passion into the studio, where he loves our students like his own grandchildren. He challenges them to push their limits, discover their strength, and build confidence they’ll carry for life.
Married to his wife, Erlinda, for 31 years, Doug’s commitment to family and community shines through everything he does. We are incredibly grateful to have him as a pillar of our team and a mentor to our young athletes.

Rees Black
Assisant Teacher & Tumbling Coach
Rees Black brings a lifelong passion for movement and creativity to Dance Extreme. With a background in cheer, dance, and martial arts, she loves helping young students discover confidence and joy through physical expression. Originally from Utah, Rees has also lived in Texas, Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire, and is excited to now call Weiser home.
As a mom of three, Rees has a natural patience and enthusiasm for working with children. Outside the studio, she enjoys all the “granny hobbies”—especially baking homemade bread and embroidery. You can almost always find her with a Dr. Pepper in hand and a kiddo on her hip.
Rees is thrilled to be part of the Dance Extreme family and looks forward to supporting every dancer’s growth this season.
Erlinda Kessler
Business Manager
Erlinda is the heart behind the scenes at Dance Extreme. As our Business Manager, she brings warmth, professionalism, and decades of experience working with children and families. A loving mom to four adult children — including our Director, Arielle — and married to Doug for 31 years, Erlinda is deeply committed to supporting the studio in every way she can.
With degrees in Early Childhood Education and Business Management, Erlinda has spent her career building strong foundations for children to learn, grow, and thrive. She owned and operated a successful daycare for 20 years and currently serves as a Behavior Intervention Specialist, working closely with children with special needs.
At Dance Extreme, Erlinda is here to help parents and families navigate anything they need — from registration to questions about classes, policies, or the overall studio experience. Her calm presence, extensive expertise, and genuine care make her an invaluable part of our team and a trusted resource for all families.
